Summit County Court of Common Pleas General Division has posted the new Application for Summit County Felony Appointment List (attached and available on the Court’s website.

All attorneys seeking felony appointments in Summit County must submit an application and supporting documentation to the Common Pleas Court General Division.  The revised Local Rules Order is attached for convenience.

 

Completed applications and all supporting documentation should be emailed to felonyappointments@cpcourt.summitoh.net.

 

Those who submit an application will receive updates on the status of their application via email.

 

Attorneys may also submit questions regarding the process by email to felonyappointments@cpcourt.summitoh.net.
